If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
- ABZZA COFFEE is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
- All of our products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage, or any other) condition, a replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery. You can reach us at support@abzza.in.
Conditions for Returns
Refund, return, and exchange of products will be subject to the following terms-
- We do not give refunds of the purchases made; we only exchange the product if we found any problem with the originally delivered product.
- Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by ABZZA COFFEE.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your exchange request has been accepted, the fresh product will be processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days.
